WB manufacturing plants are used for the manufacture of cargo
concrete and concrete mixtures in the broad range of concrete
classes made of generally accessible components, such as: sand,
aggregate, mortar, supplements, admixtures and water. These are
key-ready objects with full automatics, computer-controlled system
and complete visualization of the production process, fulfilling
the requirements of the norm EN 206-1.
Installation may be controlled automatically (dosing, weighing,
time of mixing and emptying), half-automatically or manually by
the service. One may receive the mixture with various means of
transport, such as: concrete mixers, dump cars, etc.
Manufacturing Plant elements include many solutions, which
provide lowering of noise level and vibrations level. Moreover,
device operators possess comfortable work conditions, because his
workplace is in the separate, heated and air conditioned room. The
applied solution provides practically dust-free concrete
production, including completely tight loading system and concrete
storing system with the use of anti-dust filters cleansed
pneumatically, of the efficiency up to 99,9 %.
Totally automatic computer-controlled system conveys the whole
manufacturing concrete mixture process with the application of a
microprocessor controller and modern software.
